Changing of the guard
The New York State chapter of Oath Keepers is undergoing a transition of leadership as former chapter President, Glen Maine, hands over the reins to Acting President Bill Cooper.
Glen has served as New York State Chapter President for five years, over which time he has grown local Oath Keeper chapters twelve-fold. In addition to being responsible for this tremendous growth of the Oath Keepers organization across the state, Glen has also been instrumental in coordinating and spearheading Oath Keepers’ presence at the various rallies in Albany to protest the NY S.A.F.E. Act. A tireless patriot, his dedication to and enthusiasm for Oath Keepers is much appreciated and will be long remembered.
Bill Cooper, a former air force crew chief and current head of the New York City chapter of Oath Keepers, possesses both the knowledge of Oath Keepers and the leadership skills necessary to shepherd the process of electing a new state chapter President. We look forward to working with him in this role.
In conclusion, please remember that though the leadership may change, the mission remains the same: reach, teach, and inspire.
